Once approved, you pay a flat $3,000 to $5,000 non-refundable deposit to secure your renovation plan, design work, trades allocation, and project management setup. This amount is deducted from the final renovation cost at settlement.

Step 4. Renovation Plan
You receive a detailed scope, cost outline, design direction, timeline and projected uplift.

Step 5. Design Consultation & Project Management
We walk you through every decision from colours, to finishes, materials and layout refinements, ensuring the final result is market-ready and strategically aligned for maximum return. As your dedicated project manager, we coordinate trades, timelines and quality control, keeping you informed and supported every step of the way.

Step 6. Renovation Begins
Our licensed trades handle every detail. You receive quality builds, clean finishes, and fast turnaround.

Step 7. Styling & Photography (Optional)
We make your home market-ready and visually irresistible.

Step 8. Go to Market
Your agent lists a beautifully upgraded property that attracts more buyers and stronger offers.

Step 9. Pay at Settlement for Approved Properties
For approved and eligible properties, renovation costs and agreed terms are paid from your settlement funds.
